During his 26 year career in business journalism, Steven Irvine has interviewed Wang Qishan, former Chairman of China Construction Bank and current Vice President of China, prime ministers of the UK and Singapore, a president of the Philippines, finance ministers of India and Indonesia, as well as central bank governors, heads of international banks, top global investors and business leaders from China and around Asia.

Prior to launching Week in China in early 2009, Steven was co-founder and Editor of FinanceAsia. He started his journalism career with Euromoney and has been based in Hong Kong since 1997.

Steven holds B.A. and M.A. in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.
