The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is an independent statutory body set up in 1989 to regulate Hong Kong's securities and futures markets.

To facilitate worldwide connectivity, Finance Mandarin, a leading AI-powered language learning platform out of Hong Kong, has begun cooperation with the Investor and Financial Education Council to provide education for and strengthen the protection of investors.

Course Director Vienne Lee, Founder and CEO of Finance Mandarin, was invited to lead a presentation workshop for IFEC from September 9-10th, 2019.
